You provide to us the characteristics of the ranch, farm, or land (type, location, approximate size, etc) for which you are looking. We send that information to one of our participating brokers in the area where you are looking. That broker represents you and works to locate a property that best fits your needs. Our simple, 3-Step process works like this: Complete the following questionnaire. It is best to provide as much information as possible so the broker will have a better understanding of what you are looking for. A broker familiar with the area where you are looking will contact you to introduce himself/herself and for other possible needed information. The broker will then work to locate a property to fit your needs and provide you with information about those properties in which you might be interested. The broker will work for you throughout the entire buying process if he/she locates a property that you wish to purchase.
