BAR BELL RANCH LIVESTOCK

The ranch is fenced and cross fenced into 10 different lots of varying sizes for easy livestock rotation.

Range Land with natural vegetation: approx 307 acres

The property has 7 tanks with water on all large lots. The 4 larger lots each have a spring-fed tank available for livestock. None have gone dry even in the worst drought year, and thus have allowed us year-around livestock rotation.

3 of the tanks have been stocked with catfish, large-mouth bass, and crappie.

Typically the ranch's carrying capacity has been 120 Cow/Calf pair, 3 bulls, 50 replacement heifers, 70 head registered boer goats, a few horses and our working dogs.

Three room feed barn with a small pen
200' lean-to (for livestock cover)
